Pricing
Our ordinary base rate for sermon, conference, and podcast transcription is $2.99 per audio minute. So a 35 minute sermon or presentation would cost a little over $100.00. Our rates are about 20% less than other comparable transcription services for pastors and teachers that are available.
There are other factors that affect how much work it takes to get the job done. We are very capable of handling the following for the additional charges noted.

In addition to being 99.9% accurate in our work, we think you will find great value in these additional features of our transcriptions.
- Each Scripture reference mentioned or alluded to is distinctly formatted and footnoted. If the speaker slightly paraphrases the passage, the actual translation will be used in the transcription.
- Each Scripture reference that is directly quoted is researched to ensure accuracy with the speaker’s Bible translation. Spoken misquotes and incorrect references are corrected in the transcript.
- Each transcript is thoroughly proofread and edited prior to delivery to ensure there are no spelling or grammatical errors, run on sentences, unnecessary paragraph breaks, or formatting inconsistencies.
- Since we have studied the original languages, Greek and Hebrew language references are researched and transliterated using English alphabet characters.
- Latin, French, and other foreign language phrases are researched and distinctly formatted.
- Names of people, places, and events mentioned are researched to ensure the best possible accuracy.
